This fun, challenging sequence of arm-balances is designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over-rely on force when working on these poses rather than learning to understand the essential actions and movements. This sequence will help your body understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balances and make these inspiring poses part of your repertoire.
This is program is for everyone (18+ years old) even you do not practice yoga before as our experience and certified instructor will guide you from step 1.
What Will You Learn?
During this 2 hours progressive and fun loving arm balance workshop you will:
- learn step by step arm balancing skills and body awareness.
- undertake strength and mobility drills to prepare your body for other yoga poses such as handstand, headstand, peacock, crow and side crow.
- seasoned practitioners will learn more complex variations and transitions including elbow levers and hollow backs.
- improve your balance and achieve longer holds in wall free arm balances.
- learn the techniques you can use immediately at home to continue your rapid progression after the workshop
