又面对肚子痛和不能排泄的问题?不只是你,有很多人都会面对便秘带来的不适。在医学术语中,便秘是指以排便困难或不完全排便为特征的一种疾病。症状因人的年龄,饮食习惯,排便等而异。

根据某些研究报告,全球慢性便秘的比例超过10%。发病率会随着年龄增长而加速。但是,很多人都觉得害羞而不愿寻求医疗帮助。

但是现在我们为大家带来一个好消息。瑜伽对健康的最佳促进作用已不是秘密。但有听过瑜伽能改善便秘问题吗?瑜伽的多种姿势包括向前弯曲,向后弯曲和扭转,极大地缓解了便秘。这主要是通过对所涉及的身体器官的刺激和按摩来实现的。

如何学做瑜伽猫式(Cat Pose)?

首先将两膝分开,与髋部同宽,身体向前,两手掌着地,五指分开。吸气,头部抬起向前注视远方,腹部下沉,感受脊柱的延伸。呼气,将下巴靠近胸部,慢慢弯曲背部。

练习瑜伽猫式有以下好处:

  • 伸展背部和颈部。
  • 延长脊椎。
  • 加强肩膀和手腕。
  • 增加血液循环。
  • 使头脑平静。
  • 减轻背部疼痛。

小朋友肯定会很喜欢学习,因为他们做的时候可以加上喵喵的叫声,假装是猫。除此之外,他们也能假装是老虎,狮子,绵羊,或豹子。很好玩的!

How to do Surya Namaskara A (Sun Salutation A)

Are you new to yoga and wanna start to practice it at your own?

Let’s us share with you some instructions to guide you to do Surya Namaskara (or known as Sun Salutation) which is easy and suitable for beginner like you to learn.

Sun Salutation is a series of poses performed in a sequence to create a flow of movement. Each movement is coordinated with the breath. Inhale as you extend or stretch, and exhale as you fold or contract. 

A continuous practice of Sun Salutations will bring more strength, flexibility, and tone to the body. It will open the hamstrings, shoulders, and the chest, as well as release tension. As you move through the poses, you are also lubricating the joints, in turn aiding in keeping the full range of motion in the body.

Begin to do Sun Salutation by following the following steps:

Step 1:
Equal standing (samasthiti)

Step 2:
Inhale, raise arms overhead, palms touching

Step 3:
Exhale, fold forward, hands to the floor

Step 4:
Inhale, lift the head, straighten the spine

Step 5:
Exhale, hands down, float back, elbows close to chest

Step 6:
Inhale, roll on  tops of feet, open the chest, straighten arms

Step 7:
Exhale, roll over the toes, push back, lift hips, straight arms

Step 8:
Inhale, float forward, feet in between the hands, lift the head, lengthen the spine

Step 9:
Exhale, head to knees

Step 10:
Inhale, come up, raise arms overhead, palms touching

Step 11:
Exhale, lower arms by the sides (Samasthiti)

人们冥想的原因非常多。有人说冥想让他们的意识更宁静。这点没错。还有人会告诉你冥想会让意识变得十分敏锐和富有创造力,于是你就可以完成更多的事情。这也没错。还有一些人说他们就是喜欢冥想带给他们的感觉。当你一旦潜入表面以下,你就会发现一个美丽的、水晶般纯净的地方——就像藏在碎石下面的钻石。这是你自己的意识显现出来了。现在的你甚至都无法想象用这个意识可以做出多么奇妙的事情。当代科学家告诉我们,我们仅仅在使用头脑的一小部分。假如我们学会如何唤醒其余部分,那会怎样呢?唤醒其余部分是完全有可能的,只要你学会如何冥想。
