Flow Yoga 流瑜伽

Flow Yoga is a dynamic and more expressive form of practicing yoga asanas by flowing from posture to posture in a choreographed sequence. The sequences are creative and can be dance like at times. The objectives are building stamina, endurance, agility and flexibility. This class leaves one feeling invigorated and satisfied.

流瑜伽,瑜伽的一种类型,是时下很流行的一种瑜伽,它的体式之间的衔接给人一气呵成之感,所以被称为“流瑜伽”。流瑜伽在练习的过程中以行如流水般流畅的动作组合来强健身体,它侧重伸展性,力量性,柔韧性,耐力,平衡性,专注力。
